The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. Great food, especially at breakfast. Lovely pool - the main one and in our villa. Just a fantastic place to come for a holiday. Have already recommended it to several friends.

A small point, but one that bugged me... in our 3 bedroom villa we only had one wastepaper bin, could have done with one in each bathroom, and in the sitting room. Additionally, at breakfast I didn't like having the option of juice or a fruit platter. My breakfast usually consists of a few glasses of juice and a huge amount of fruit. While the staff were lovely and did give us juice and fruit, I felt bad asking for both. I also thought the fruit variety could have been better - the melon was very hard/flavourless, it would have been good to have some mango, a bit more banana than 2 slices etc.

Nice and quite atmosphere.Very helpful, hospitable and nice personnel. Convenient that you can use shattle-bus any time you need to go to the beach or shopping or restaurant. In the reception you can get any advise. The best thing is a personal swimming pool in the villa. As for the sea (beach) - if to compare with Kuta, Seminyak, etc. this is the best beach for swimming. In other places you can't swim at all, only serfing. Visiting other places we were happy that we selected Jimbaran.

The only thing which is just boring - to have 4 options for breakfat. We stayed for 11 days and by the end we knew menu by heart :-) . If you stay couple of days or even a week, it's absolutely perfect.

For the price we paid, our stay at Gending Kedis was definitely worth it. The room was spacious and luxurious, and the private pool was a refreshing bonus. The location of the hotel was perfect, surrounded by lush greenery, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and made us feel incredibly welcome.

The breakfast option could have been improved with more diverse and flavorful choices.

The Internet signal was so weak that it frustrate me, even after informing the hotel. The hotel location was faraway from the seashore. Mosquitos have been a big problem also.

We booked for a One Bedroom Villa, but were upgraded to a two bedroom villa on arrival. A huge villa,ground & first, with two kichenettes,two bedrooms,two living rooms and a nice size infinity pool! Very luxurious, with a Huge TV,Home theatre system and an Ipod dock. High quality, with extremely good service,yet discreet. They came on request to our room at 5am, within mins.Recommended if you want a very private luxurious villa, ideal for honeymooners. We stayed at "Villa Munia".Breakfast is good. Beware: Built on a hill, climbing involved. Cant think of minuses,except prob the toilet without a door,lol.

Not in the most active of locations. Jimbaran Bay is a quieter part of Bali, host to reputed hotel chains. If you prefer to be in the midst of things, this isnt the place for you. Also, a gecko lizard startled my wife and I, in the middle of the night, with its cry, which is extremely loud. Can be scary the first time :) but its harmless.

We had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel. The villas were perfectly designed for privacy, allowing us to feel completely secluded. The spacious pool overlooked a beautiful gully filled with lush plants and trees, providing a serene atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the complimentary trips to local areas and the option to hire a driver for a day. it was a peaceful and relaxing experience.

One aspect that could be improved upon was the gluten-free catering. As someone with Coeliac Disease, it was essential for me to have gluten-free food, but the options were not great and I often felt unsure about whether the food was truly gluten-free.

Amazing, spacious rooms with a friendly and helpful staff. The quiet and secluded location was a nice place to come back to after the hectic beach and shopping atmosphere. We were upgraded to a larger villa which gave our son more privacy.

I liked the relaxation and the privacy that the hotel provides. I also liked the greetings of the staff and their service.

I did not like there food varity at breakfast.

The stay was great, they were pleasant when we asked them for a late check out, and even packed us complimentry early breakfast when we set out early one morning.

The breakfast buffet was classy, although there weren't as many options as you would expect from a five star.

the hotel amenities were beautiful, our private villa was spotless and the service sublime. very luxurious stay.

the hotel is a 5 minute drive from the beach, which means you have to either get a taxi or rely on the hotel's free shuttle service.
